Risk Assesment
Prior to commencing any project, GRSL will conduct a physical risk assessment. The purpose of this practice is to identify, analyze, and weigh all the potential risks, threats, vulnerabilities and hazards to the person, property, businesses or organization's internal and external environment. This allows GRSL to document what mitigating actions needs to be taken to manage these exposures and make recommendations. In addition, outside groups are met with if necessary with a view to further assessing the vulnerabilities and assist in the revision of Internal Security Plans and Policies.
Rapid Response Unit
GRSL’s Rapid Response Team works in tandem with its Central Monitoring Station which is monitored 24/7 should an emergency arise requiring the protection of person or property. GRSL’s Rapid Response Team is well trained and well-equipped. In the event of an alert the monitoring officer ascertains the threat level of the emergency. Once the alert is verified by the monitoring officer to require the Rapid Response Team, the Rapid Response Team is immediately dispatched to the client’s premises. All alerts are recorded and logged.
Guard Services
GRSL works assiduously to gain the trust of its clientele, primarily due to the sensitive nature of the Industry. GRSL therefore employs a rigorous selection process for all new recruits. Security Officers must have clean police records and pass an initial three (3) week training program, after which further mandatory training is required every second off-duty period for eight (8) months. Courses include safety procedures, basic first aid, situation control, crowd management and bodyguard training. Training programs comprise armed and unarmed combat, firearm proficiency, defensive driving and classes in criminal law, reports, legal procedures, etiquette, personal grooming and appearance.
Monitoring Center
Our state of the art monitoring center provides uninterrupted Intruder, GPS, CCTV and Fire Alarm monitoring 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Once an alarm is triggered, the signal is received at our monitoring center by one of our trained monitoring officers. Our personnel will immediately initiate GRSL’s comprehensive protection process. GRSL’s unique protection process is tailored to the needs of each client. Each client’s needs are unique, therefore our protection process is only designed after extensive client consultations, for your safety and peace of mind is our number one priority.

Tramigo key features include Custom GIS (landmarks: device & server), custom security/asset management/service delivery applications using 2G and SMS. GRSL provides roadside assistance, wrecking and response service with GPS customers.
